Welcome to Him_mireeopt (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. The Service
Him_mireeopt helps you discover and play HTML5 games in your web browser. We do not require account registration to browse or play. Games are provided by us or third-party developers and may load inside an embedded player on our site or on linked pages operated by others.
2. Eligibility
You must be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use the Service. If you are under 13, you may use the Service only with a parent or guardian’s permission and supervision. Parents and guardians are responsible for minors’ use of the Service.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws;
- Attempt to disrupt, overload, scrape, or reverse-engineer the Service or embedded games;
- Circumvent security, access controls, or required ad placements where they support free access;
- Upload malware, spam, or harmful code through contact forms or any channel we provide;
- Misrepresent your identity or impersonate another person or entity;
- Harass others or post unlawful, infringing, or abusive content through any feature we offer.
4. Third-party games and content
Games and related assets may be owned by third parties. Your use of a game may also be subject to that provider’s terms. We do not control third-party content and are not responsible for changes, removals, errors, or conduct within third-party games (including in-game purchases, chat, or prompts). Never enter payment or sensitive personal information into a game unless you trust the source.
5. Advertising
The Service is supported by advertising. Advertisement areas may display third-party ads labeled as advertisements. Your interactions with advertisers are solely between you and the advertiser. We are not responsible for products or services advertised. See our Privacy Policy for how ads and cookies work.
6. Ratings and editorial content
Star ratings and descriptions on game pages are provided for discovery and entertainment. They are not official ratings from Apple, Google, or other app stores. Game metadata may change without notice.
7. Intellectual property
The Him_mireeopt name, branding, site design, and original materials are owned by us or our licensors. Game titles, artwork, and trademarks belong to their respective owners. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute site content without permission, except as allowed by law.
8. Comments and user submissions
Where the Service lets you post comments on game pages, those entries are stored locally in your browser only and are not transmitted to our servers unless we state otherwise. If you contact us by email or form, you grant us permission to use your message to respond and improve the Service.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
THE SERVICE AND ALL GAMES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION.
10. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE AND OUR AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (USD $100) OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PAST TWELVE MONTHS, WHICHEVER IS GREATER (TYPICALLY ZERO FOR FREE USE).
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States of America, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory local consumer law provides otherwise.
